A symposium of interest

This seems worth sharing.

There’s an interesting – and free! – symposium coming up at the University of Canterbury in December that some people from LALS will be participating in, and even if you can’t get to Christchurch you can still join in. Here’s some information.

Intergenerational Transmission of Minority Languages

Una Cunningham and Jeanette King of the the University of Canterbury invite academics, students and community members who are interested in policies and practices affecting migrant languages in New Zealand to our inaugural live-streamed Symposium on Friday 11 December 2015, 9-3. Attend in person or join us virtually via Adobe Connect. Free of charge.
